Apoorv moved to the U.S. in 2018, completed a Master’s in AI from Carnegie Mellon (the #1 school for AI). Then he led research in autonomous vehicles, publishing 15+ papers and filing 20 patents in AI, while also acquiring 8 multi-unit rental properties. He did all that in 4 years. Now, he is building a B2B SaaS startup that uses generative AI to automate real estate inspection reports — combining his expertise in AI and real estate.
