Your Account

Many activities on our NCC IQ platform require an account. Please keep your password safe as you are responsible for all activity associated with your account. If you suspect that someone else is using your account, please notify us by contacting our support team at info@ncciq.com. You must be of legal age in your country to use NCC IQ.

You need an account for activities such as purchasing, accessing content, or submitting content for publication. Provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address, when creating and maintaining your account. postal address. You are solely responsible for your account, including any damage or harm caused by unauthorized use. This means you have to be careful with your password.

You may not transfer your account or use someone else's account. If you contact us to request access to your account, we will only provide access if you provide proof of ownership. We may request information to verify account ownership. Students and instructors must be at least 18 years old to create an account on NCC IQ. If you are under 18 but over your country's minimum online consent (such as 13 in the US or 16 in Ireland), you can ask a parent or guardian to open an account so that you can access content that is appropriate for you.

If you create an account in violation of these rules, we will terminate your account. Under our Instructor Terms, we may require you to verify your identity in order to be eligible to submit content. Registration and Lifetime Access

When you register for a course or other content, you are licensed to view it only through the NCC IQ services. Do not attempt to transfer or resell the content. We generally provide lifetime access, except where legal or policy issues require content or subscriptions to be removed.

Under our Instructor Terms, instructors grant NCC IQ a license to offer content to students. This means that we can sub-license content to registered students. When you sign up for content, whether it's free or paid, you're getting a license to view it through NCC IQ, not a sale. This license does not permit the content to be resold or shared on third party websites.

Under the Legal Terms, NCC IQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content you have paid for solely for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes. Unauthorized use, including copying, sharing, modification or sublicensing, is prohibited unless permitted by written agreement with an authorized NCC IQ representative.

We reserve the right to revoke any license at any time if the content involves legal or policy issues. Lifetime access applies to course content, but not necessarily instructor services.

Payments, Credits and Refunds

When making a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, NCC IQ offers a 30-day refund or credit on most purchases.

Most of NCC IQ programs are free, but when different we set pricing for content based on instructor terms and conditions and our advertising policy. Content prices may vary between websites and mobile apps due to platform provider policies. Discounts are applied during the campaign, prices are determined at checkout. Prices may also differ for registered users and guests. If you are in a tax country, we do the collection and remittance. The price displayed may include applicable taxes.

You agree to pay the fees for the purchased content by authorizing us to charge the payment method you choose. NCC IQ works with service providers to offer convenient payment options in your country and store payment information. Please see our privacy policy for more information.

If your payment method fails and you still access the content, you agree to pay the applicable fees within 30 days. We reserve the right to disable access to content without proper payment.

If the purchased content does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 30 days by contacting info@ncciq.com. Refunds may be issued as credits or to the original payment method, depending on our payment providers, purchasing platform and other factors. We may deny refunds if the policy is abused.

Refund credits can be used on the website but not on the apps. Refund credits expire if not used within the specified period and have no cash value unless otherwise required by law.

Rules of Content and Conduct

You may only use NCC IQ for lawful purposes in accordance with our trust and security guidelines. If you believe something is infringing your copyright, please let us know.

Your conduct with NCC IQ must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country. Students can ask questions and post feedback, and instructors can post content and interact with students. Do not post content that violates the law or the rights of others.

We may remove content that violates these guidelines or our policies. If you find infringing content, please let us know.

Using NCC IQ at Your Own Risk

NCC IQ is a platform where people create and communicate. We do not review the content for legal issues and are not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of the content. You use NCC IQ at your own risk.

Be careful when communicating directly with other users and do not share sensitive personal information. NCC IQ does not employ instructors and is not responsible for user interactions.

Upskillre's Rights

NCC IQ owns the Platform, Services, and assets such as logos, APIs, and proprietary content (excluding content provided by faculty and students). Unauthorized tampering or use of this property is prohibited.

You may not access, damage or disrupt the NCC IQ Platform or Services. Unauthorized attempts to access or scrape information, defraud users or interfere with services are strictly prohibited.
